Refund & Return Policy

Standard Policy - Malaysia Consumer Protection Act 1999

1. Return Eligibility

In accordance with the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999, we accept returns for products that are defective, damaged, or significantly not as described.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Electronics must be in their original unopened packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@imanplus.com with your order number and photos of the item.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to our Kuala Lumpur fulfillment center.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective.

3. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and health reasons:

  • Prayer caps (Kopiah) and headwear.
  • Earbuds (Sawt Pro) once the seal is broken.
  • Consumable scents and oils.
