1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of imanplus.my, operated by Ai Business Solutions Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 1227830-P), including the IMAN+ clothing range and the AIVEX electronics range sold under it. By browsing, registering an account, or placing an order on this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on imanplus.my. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products & Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, in line with the Consumer Protection (Electronic Trade Transactions) Regulations 2012. Colours may vary slightly due to display settings and photography. All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify, discontinue, or limit stock of any product without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of stock unavailability or suspected fraud). Payment is processed securely through Chip, our licensed payment gateway. A contract of sale is formed only once payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation.
5. Delivery
Orders are delivered via EasyParcel and its courier partners. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
7. Sadaqah Jariyah Programme
IMAN+ contributes RM 1 from its own revenue on every completed order to its Sadaqah Jariyah programme, at no additional cost to the customer. This is a voluntary corporate giving initiative, not a customer donation, and contribution amounts, frequency, or recipients may be adjusted by IMAN+ at its discretion. A summary ledger is made available for transparency but does not constitute a binding charitable trust or guarantee of specific disbursement timing.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use imanplus.my to: violate any Malaysian law or regulation; submit false or fraudulent order information; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or interfere with the proper functioning of the website.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on imanplus.my — including the IMAN+ and AIVEX names, logos, product designs, photography, and text — is owned by or licensed to Ai Business Solutions Sdn Bhd and protected under Malaysian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are sold subject to the statutory guarantees under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (including acceptable quality and fitness for purpose). Beyond these statutory protections and the AIVEX warranty described in our Refund Policy, products are provided "as is" without additional express warranties, to the extent permitted by Malaysian law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Ai Business Solutions Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of imanplus.my or your purchase of products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other mandatory law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Ai Business Solutions Sdn Bhd harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of imanplus.my.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of imanplus.my shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of imanplus.my after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
